How do we accept returns?

We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 7 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. All returns past the 7-day period will be given store credit. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to sales@abstraxx.com within 7 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed. Any store credit we issue will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact sales@abstraxx.com, and we will look into it. Can I receive a refund if I return an item?

Yes, but only if your return request is made within 7 days of your original order. Sale items, Rugs, Canvas Art are Final Sale. (Not eligible for refunds or exchanges)

When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?

When your exchange is setup we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.
